The flexible meeting rooms in the Park Inn by Radisson Mainz aret ideal for events, celebrations and meetings with between five and 300 participants.

Seven conference rooms on the ground floor between 21 square metres and 330 square metres are suitable for events with up to 300 persons. The room Rhein can be divided into three sections of 110 square metres each and has extremely modern conference equipment: projectors built into the ceiling can be individually controlled via touch panels. A modern lighting and sound system permits perfect sound control and variable lightning scenarios with spotlights, dimmable lights or large decorative lamps in retro design.

An external door can be used for making deliveries all at ground level - for automobile or motorcycle presentations, for internal company exhibitions or product presentations..

Time out from meetings or coffee breaks - for which we are happy to provide more than the standard fare - can be spent in the 150 square meter multipurpose foyer and, in fine weather, outdoors. The restaurant terrace and the adjacent garden have space for up to 150 people at receptions, barbecues or conference breaks.
